Your Questions, Answered

  • We work hard to fufill your orders as quickly as possible. Your items will be shipped 2-3 days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • We will make sure your order arrives as soon as possible. Shipping times may differ depending on where the customer is located. For local customers it may take 2-3 days once shipped, while customers across the nation may take up to 5-6 days.

  • Because each item is handmade, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • There are multiple ways to contact us. One option is using the dropdown titled “Contact us”. There is also a form titled “Have a Question?” on our home page. You can also email shellsbyrae@gmail.com to reach us.

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled prior to shipping. Once orders have been fullfilled, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
